• 1-bedroom cottage: $1100 per week (2 persons)
• 2-bedroom cottage: $1400 per week (4 persons)
• Extra person: $100/week
• Rental of both cottages by one group receives a 10% discount.
• $300 deposit per cottage per week to confirm reservations, balance due 3 months prior to arrival.
• Check in 3:00 PM, check out 10:00 AM
• We are flexible with arrival and departure dates if our schedule will allow.
• Cancellation Policy: We will refund your payment, less a $250.00 cancellation fee, or reschedule your week at your option if we are able to re-rent your week.
• We will refund in full or reschedule your reservations, your option, if there is a Hurricane Warning issued for the Abacos by the National Weather Service (N.O.A.A.) within one week of your arrival date.
• We suggest if a cancellation is a possibility you purchase additional trip insurance to protect yourself in case you have to cancel you trip for any reason. You will be able to find providers for trip insurance by searching the web. We are not affiliated with any trip insurers but do recommend this.
